Business law or commercial law is the body of laws which governs various transactions in various commercial works and business; it is a branch of civil law and deals with both private and public law. The business law includes within itself the various titles such as principal and agent, carriage by land and sea, guarantee, marine, fire, life, merchant shipping and accident insurance, bills of exchange and partnership. Commercial law is important in the today’s scenario because it defines broad areas of business, commerce and various consumer transactions; it guides the different forms of business and limit keeps a check on their working, dealings and to look whether they are paying their taxes appropriately and on time.
