Complaints and Client Relations

A complaint is an appearance of displeasure amongst the customers that results from any fault in the things bought, poor service at a store, or a form of local government, it could be any legal and relevant issue which is causing any form of trouble to the customer. A company always has a department which comes into action after the product is sold off from the store, also known as after sales department. This department deals with any issues related to the problems that arises in the products proper functioning. The motive of this department is to satisfy the customers and to provide any support via telephone or internet regarding troubleshooting of the product or any other thing. A company’s goodwill depends upon various factors, but out of all these factors customer care is the one which is given a special attention, products by a particular company is preferred if and only if the company is reputed in terms of its service and product quality, during the manufacturing if products attention is laid down on the customers requirement and favored quality.

A good client relation is often termed as an art; it means nothing more than a productive working relationship with your client, a good client relationship is achieved where both the company and the client have realistic expectations regarding the desired outcome of the representation and your mutual responsibilities involved in the representation. Both the client and the company should discuss any issue over the product openly so as to remove the problem quickly. A good client relation is a moving target, it can never be achieved, and rather it is a goal to aspire to strive towards each and every client with whom you are dealing. Each and every client’s need should be considered as the goal to be achieved or a short term goal. In order for complete client satisfaction all the firms should inform clients about their internal procedure regarding complaints and other support like troubleshooting when issuing the terms of business or terms and conditions related to the products and various other transactions. This practice of deciding few terms keeps an eye on both the company and the consumer if they are violating the rules. A consumer has the power to challenge the firm in consumer court if the firm is not acting upon the client’s problem and for this the firm is liable to pay a fine for the problems that has been faced by the consumer
